Dilmen burgers "Dilmen Foods" offers its customers Dilmen burgers, with the high quality of meat and services characteristic of our market. For the first time in Bulgaria, natural "halal" burgers are available in frozen packages, which preserve their fresh taste and can be consumed whenever you want. One burger is about 100 g and you can buy pieces as desired. As with all our other products, the burgers are made entirely by Dilmen Foods, without any preservatives. Wishing you days full of health. Master Mahmut's Sujuk
Chef Mahmut's Sausages This delicious adventure begins with the kneading of special 100% beef used by "Dilmen Foods" for the production of sujuk, and fats and spices supplied from the best regions of Bulgaria. After kneading, the mixture is left for 24 hours so that the meat can absorb the aroma of the spices. During the kneading, any remnants of cartilage, bones and tendons are removed, which guarantees the extremely pleasant taste when consuming the finished sujuk. Since our sujuk does not contain any harmful artificial additives, its appearance and color may vary, its shape may change, it may dry out, and crumble when cut. All this is due to its extremely natural composition. Soak the sujuk for a while in lukewarm water, then you can calmly and happily consume the sujuk of Mahmut Usta - Master Mahmut.
